Are transcripts available for the podcasts? I’m loving the one on disordered eating I’m listening to and thinking of writing a post for my own blog about women’s body image. I’d love to include a few of the quotes I’ve heard, but I want to make sure I don’t misquote the speakers.

What’s the difference when you run on treadmill vs in the actual road?
I just feel more tension in my sheen (front of the calves) when I run on treadmill at high intensity.
