  • 5 World Championship Teams (3 Cross Country, Two Track)
  • Led USA to team bronze medal in Cross Country with 11th place finish.
  • USA Track and Field Champion for 5k (2006 and 2010!)
  • 5x NCAA Champion (3x5k) and 15x All American while at Stanford
  • Cumulative NCAA Cross Country score of 23 points in 4 years.
  • Never missed an All-American in every NCAA performance for all three seasons, all four years.
  • California HS State Champion in Cross Country (team and individual) and Track (3200)
  • Runner up at Footlocker XC Nationals.
  • CIF Finals Southern Section: Won the “impossible triple” (800, 1600, 3200).
