I gave myself a sacrum adjustment (don’t ask) and did a bunch of nerve flossing and my leg feels 95% normal.

Going on a long run now…

Post long run:  Shortened it to 70 minutes just to be safe, and my right leg only buckled 3 times the first half of the run and then it was fine.  No more achy shin.

PM:  Lance squeezed me in for an amazing massage and some energy work.  I feel great.  Rollin with the punches and feeling optimistic.
